BALHAM HOUSE

Renovation of a three storey Victorian townhouse. The client had previously refurbished the kitchen and one bathroom. The brief was to upgrade the rest of the property; and create an elegant, unfussy home in a classic contemporary style.

Original features such as the fireplaces, skirtings and cornices were retained. The addition of warm colours and materials such as smoked oak, marble and wool results in an understated luxurious home.
